Brown bear — facts for kids
Ursus arctos
The brown bear lives in the big forests west of Sundsvall, towards Stöde and Ånge. It almost never comes into town — but it is the same land. In summer it eats mostly berries, grass and ants, and in winter it sleeps in a den.
